-Leave the tattoo bandage on for a minimum of 2 hours

-Before touching your tattoo, always wash your hands with anti-bacterial soap!!!

-Gently remove bandage under cool running water to reduce the risk of damaging the tattoo

-Once bandage is removed, using liquid anti-bacterial soap, wash the tattoo off well with your hand and cool water. DO NOT use a washcloth or anything that will exfoliate your new tattoo.

-When done washing the tattoo, gently pat dry with a clean paper towel and allow to air dry for approx 5 minutes

-Apply tattoo after care product for first 2-3 days: We recommend using SystemOne Tattoo Finish

-Once bandage is completely removed, and the tattoo has been properly cleaned and moisturized, you can re-apply Saran wrap to the tattoo on the FIRST and SECOND night at bedtime to avoid the tattoo from sticking to your bed sheets.  Apply a small amount of tattoo aftercare to the tattoo prior to putting Saran wrap over it.  THIS SHOULD ONLY BE DONE ON THE FIRST AND SECOND NIGHT AND SHOULD NOT BE LEFT ON FOR NO MORE THAN 6 TO 8 HOURS. DO NOT USE CLOTH OR ADHESIVE BANDAGES OVER YOUR NEW TATTOO. IF YOU DO RE-APPLY A BANDAGE, REMOVE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING.

-On day 3 or 4 you can start applying lotion. We recommend a mild, unscented white lotion that is free from perfumes and dyes such as unscented Lubriderm.  This can be applied a few times a day.  Keeping your new tattoo moisturized is key, but do not over moisturize!!!

-The lotion can be applied for about 10-14 days or until the tattoo is finished peeling.

-No direct sunlight on tattoo's for first 2-3 weeks

-DO NOT pick or scratch tattoo while it is healing or peeling. Peeling is normal!!! Remember to keep it moisturized, but again do not over moisturize.

-DO NOT soak the tattoo for 2 weeks. NO swimming, baths, hot tubs or saunas for 2 weeks. Showers are OK, but keep the shower and water exposure to a minimum!!!

-NO shaving or waxing area until the tattoo is completely healed

-DO NOT apply alcohol, Vaseline, Petroleum Jelly, or sun block to a fresh tattoo

-DO NOT listen to friends or so-called tattoo experts.

-Once you leave the studio, proper care of your tattoo is your responsibility!
